Good questions
Something else? Email hello@paintedsaintly.com and a person will answer.
Is this made with AI?
Yes. Your photo is painted by an AI image model in the styles of Renaissance altarpieces and Byzantine icons. That’s why it’s free to try and ready in a minute. You see every version, and on the product, before you pay a cent.
Will it actually look like them?
We paint three versions so you can pick the truest likeness. If none of them are right, try another photo: you get two free tries. Clear photos where you can see the eyes work best.
What if I don’t love it when it arrives?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or not like the preview you saw, email hello@paintedsaintly.com with a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
What happens to my photo?
It’s used only to paint your portrait and is never shown publicly. Email hello@paintedsaintly.com and we’ll delete it.
How long until it arrives?
About 1–2 weeks in the US: a few days to print, then the post. For Christmas, order by December 8. International delivery takes longer and its shipping is shown at checkout.
Which scents does the candle come in?
Vanilla Bean, Comfort Spice or Sea Breeze. All are soy wax with a cotton wick, 13.75 oz, burning for 70–80 hours.
Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?
Yes. Enter their name and address at checkout and it ships directly to them.
Someone you love deserves a halo.
It takes a minute and a photo to see what they look like in gold leaf.
